Run to Beer Comox Valley
The hottest run club in town! Free weekly runs open to anyone of any ability, start and finish at a pub or beach in the summer. This group is my baby that a few friends and I started in 2019. Pre-pandemic, it was common to see 40+ runners out a Tuesday in Comox having a great time! Super casual, all abilities/speeds are welcome, purposely unstructured runs (no pace groups, etc.).

Coaching / Training Plans
If you want to get good at something, hire a pro! It’s money well spent. Think about how much downtime you have from a simple injury, or what you may spend on physio, massage or other therepists.
I cannot say enough about my running coach, Sarah Seads, who helped me get from not being able to run a 5km to running 50km+ ultramarathon in less than 2 years! Of course I did the work, but she gave me all the guidance I needed to stay injury free.
